Smart Ring Finder (“the app”) is developed by Escape Design (“we”, “us”). This policy explains how the app handles your information. In short: it doesn’t collect any.
We collect no personal data
Smart Ring Finder does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal information. There are no user accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking of any kind. The app does not connect to the internet.
What stays on your device
The only thing the app stores is the Bluetooth identifier of the ring you choose to track, saved locally on your device so the app can recognize the same ring again. This identifier never leaves your device and is removed when you tap "Forget remembered ring" or delete the app.
Bluetooth
The app uses Bluetooth solely to detect the signal strength of nearby Bluetooth devices so it can guide you to your ring. It does not use location services or GPS, and it does not determine or record your location.
Third parties
We do not use third-party analytics, advertising, or data-sharing services. No data is shared with anyone, including Oura Health Oy. Smart Ring Finder is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Oura Health Oy.
Children's privacy
The app collects no data from anyone, including children.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will update the date above and post the revised version at this URL.
